About Me

I'm originally from Canada and moved to Tel Aviv four years ago. I speak fluent English and French, and conversational Hebrew. On my free time you can find me watching the sunset or petting a dog!

I hold a B.Sc. in Psychology from McGill University and an M.P.H. in Emergency Management from Tel Aviv University. Currently, I’m completing my MACP in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University, where I’m deepening my skills in evidence-based therapeutic practices.

In my practice, I focus on helping you navigate anxieties, personal challenges, and life transitions by emphasizing your unique needs and strengths. I am committed to creating a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment where we can work together to foster your personal growth. By integrating techniques from both Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we can explore your experiences in depth while also addressing and transforming negative thoughts and behaviors. This holistic approach ensures that we not only understand your story but also empower you to make meaningful changes in your life.
